Order Processing & Delivery

At Amish First Furniture, every piece of furniture is handcrafted to order by skilled Amish craftsmen using premium American hardwoods. Because each piece is built specifically for you, we encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it.

Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Once your payment has been authorized, we will review your order for accuracy and submit it to the appropriate Amish builder for production.

If we have any questions regarding your order, customization selections, or delivery information, a member of our team will contact you promptly.

Build Time

Our furniture is built to order and is not mass-produced or stocked in warehouses.

Typical production time is 12–14 weeks, although build times may vary depending on the builder, seasonal demand, and the complexity of your order.

Because each piece is handcrafted, we believe the quality and craftsmanship are well worth the wait.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your furniture has been completed by the builder, it is carefully inspected, blanket wrapped, and prepared for shipment.

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks after production is complete, depending on your location and the delivery route.

Many of our products are delivered using professional white glove or blanket-wrap delivery services to help ensure your furniture arrives safely.

Shipping Updates

When your order has been scheduled for shipment, we will notify you with the latest delivery information available. As your furniture moves through the delivery process, we will provide updates whenever possible so you know what to expect.

Because many Amish furniture deliveries are made through specialized freight carriers rather than standard parcel services, detailed tracking information may not always be available. However, we remain in contact with our delivery partners and are happy to provide updates whenever requested.
