Thank you for choosing AmeriCraftFurniture, where every piece is handcrafted to order by skilled Amish artisans. We value your trust and are committed to keeping you informed throughout every stage of your order.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email confirming that your order has been successfully received and entered into our system.
Within three business days, a member of our team will follow up with a personal phone call to review your order details, verify specifications such as wood type, finish, and hardware, and answer any questions you may have before production begins.
Because every item we sell is custom built to order, there are no backorders or pre-stocked inventory. Each piece begins production specifically for you once your order is confirmed.
Production Timeline
Handcrafted furniture takes time. Our builders are meticulous in every detail, ensuring heirloom-quality results that last for generations.
Typical build time is 8–12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and the builder’s schedule. Once your furniture is complete, it moves into final inspection and preparation for delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
When your furniture is ready to ship, we’ll send you a Shipping Notification email with tracking information and estimated delivery details.
For large furniture items that ship via specialized freight or white-glove carriers, tracking updates may take a few extra days to appear as the carrier schedules your delivery route.
If you haven’t received tracking information within two weeks after production completion, please contact us—we’ll gladly provide an update and assist with any delivery questions.
