At AmeriCraftFurniture, every piece we offer is handcrafted with care by skilled Amish artisans right here in America. Because each item is made to order, great attention is given to the details that make your furniture unique—wood type, finish, dimensions, and hardware choices.
We take tremendous pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because every item is built specifically for you, returns are handled only in rare and exceptional circumstances.
Before Placing Your Order
To ensure your furniture is the perfect fit for your home, please take the time to review your selections carefully before ordering:

Measure your space carefully to confirm that your new furniture will fit comfortably through doorways, hallways, and into your intended location.

Review dimensions listed on each product page, or contact us for detailed specification sheets if needed.

Visualize placement by outlining the furniture footprint with masking or painter’s tape.

Confirm all details—including wood species, finish, hardware, and size—before submitting your order.

Because each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, cancellations or changes after production begins may not be possible.
Delivery Guidelines
Your handcrafted furniture deserves careful handling. Every order is inspected and blanket-wrapped for safe travel. Please follow these steps upon delivery:

Inspect your shipment immediately. If you notice damage, take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange for repair or replacement.

Do not refuse delivery unless instructed by us, as unauthorized refusals may result in additional shipping fees.

If you decide not to keep an item, do not unbox or assemble it—contact us first for guidance.
Returns
Because each piece is made to order, returns are generally discouraged but may be considered in exceptional cases. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we will do everything reasonably possible to resolve concerns.
If a return is approved:

Authorization is required. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping handmade furniture can be significantly higher than the original delivery fee.

Items must be in original condition, with all packaging, parts, and accessories included.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to cover labor, materials, and inspection.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to production for a full refund.
Once an item has entered production or been prepared for shipment, cancellations are no longer possible and the return policy will apply.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection of the returned merchandise.
Refunds will reflect any applicable restocking or shipping fees.

We understand that handcrafted furniture takes time—typically 8–12 weeks for production plus 2 weeks for delivery—but we believe the quality, durability, and craftsmanship are well worth the wait. Every piece we build is a reflection of the integrity and skill of the Amish craftsmen who create it, and we stand behind their work completely.
